Better Questions. Better Thinking. Better Living.

The world has never had more information. Yet many of us have never felt more distracted, more overwhelmed, more disconnected, and more uncertain about what it means to live well.

Maybe the problem isn’t that we need more answers. Maybe we need better questions.

Welcome to The Better Question. I’m Ram Bhakt.

Together, we’ll explore where ancient wisdom, modern science, and everyday life come together—not to escape the modern world, but to live more thoughtfully within it.

Core Philosophy

Ancient Wisdom. Modern Science. One Human Experience.

People often assume they must choose:

  • Science or Spirituality

  • Technology or Mindfulness

  • Medicine or Lifestyle

  • Logic or Intuition

I don’t believe those are the right questions.

For thousands of years, human beings have searched for better ways to understand themselves. Modern neuroscience continues that search; ancient yoga began it long ago.

My goal isn’t to convince you that one is right and the other is wrong. My goal is to explore where they meet—because that’s often where the most interesting discoveries happen.

The Questions We Explore

We Don’t Need More Information. We Need Better Perspective.

Every week, we explore questions like:

  • Why does happiness keep moving further away?

  • Why does attention feel so difficult today?

  • Why does breathing change the way we think?

  • Why do intelligent people still make poor decisions?

  • What does healing actually mean?

  • Why do we crave constant stimulation?

  • Why do we long for belonging?

  • What can ancient wisdom teach us about modern life?

  • Not because the answers are easy. Because the questions matter.

The Purpose

This Isn’t About Becoming Someone Else. It’s About Becoming More Fully Yourself.

I don’t believe the purpose of yoga is to create perfect people, eliminate every difficult emotion, or promise a life without struggle.

I believe its purpose is much simpler:

  • To help us become more aware.

  • More intentional.

  • More compassionate.

  • More resilient.

  • More fully human.

Those qualities matter now more than ever.

Start With One Better Question.

The next insight that changes your life probably won’t arrive because someone gave you another answer. It may arrive because someone helped you ask a better question.
